Hi my daughter used my email on her account iv just started with sky id liked it changed thx

@Sinbad83 For you to use your email address on your account your daughter would have to remove it from her account first and replace with a different one

once this is done you can create a new sky id with your email

alternatively you can create a free secondary email address using the likes of gmail and Hotmail and use that address instead

Did she use the email address as the login part (so the username) or as the recovery/household address or even both ?
