      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was told I'd receive compensation due to no Internet service, even though I've paid bill for the service. I have to wait a week and a half for an updated service connection. Does anyone know how long this takes as I was told 3-5&amp;nbsp; days but over that now. Any help would be gratefully received. Theanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
