Why was I made to pay for the complete sky sports package when I only wanted sky F1? Not as soon as the F1 finishes sky are going to call it sky darts.
I don't watch another sport on sky sports

can I stop my sky sports package because sky have removed SKY F1?

They haven't removed the F1 as it is a temporary rebranding as per the email you were sent.

If you want to cancel the sports package and you are not in a minimum term of a contract then you can do this by giving thye requited notice to cancel it of 31 days. You might be able to do this online here:

If not you do need to contact Sky and give them 31 days notice to cancel it, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page on the above link.

If you call then say nothing when asked any questions by the bot and remain on the line.

Did you tell Sky you only wanted F1 and not the whole package?

It's only a TEMPORARY change for about 3 weeks (as the email you've received explains) whilst there is no F1 to put on. It doesn't mean you can cancel without incurring early termination charges. Any cancellation will require 31 days notice~ by which time F1 will be back.

Because Sky do not always offer single channels.

If you are on a rolling contract then yes.

Its not been removed. Whilst the linear channel will be showing live darts, all the usually F1 repeated content that would otherwise be broadcast on the F1 channel is available on-demand as it always is.
