    <description>&lt;P&gt;My broadband is due to be installed today, I've just looked at my order updates and it says installation has been cancelled. I haven't cancelled this and there has been no communication from sky informing me that it's been cancelled. I've had to use a days annual leave for this installation. Having no communication from sky is absolutely disgusting, now I remember why I left sky in the first place.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Not sure what you are asking but if you want to find out if it is has been cancelled then you will need to speak to Sky.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
