    <description>&lt;P&gt;Please can someone tell me if there is any way to reinstate my sky services without paying the entire bill? i can't afford it at the current moment due to unforeseen life events that i have had to spend every penny on! i get paid next week, but my TV has been cut off. is there any kind of payment plan or promise to pay plan i can set up?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sky has never done promises to pay so the only way to get your services&amp;nbsp;restored is to pay what you owe and resetup your payment method again. Obviously&amp;nbsp;the quicker you do this the sooner your services will be restored.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Just to add to that advice …&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Until you’ve paid in full and set a payment method any calls to Sky will only prompt you to make a full payment. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. Any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You should be able to pay the bill and set up your direct debit via the MySky app or online using this link &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/manage/bill/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/manage/bill/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
