Hi. around a year ago I accidentally created two separate sky accounts with the same email address. I now need access to the older account. ive got 2 phone contracts and im only able to log into one of the accounts. i dont have any of the contract details for the first phone contract as everything had been accidentally wiped out on my gmail. could anyone please help?

All you should need to do is to logout of your current Sky account and then login to the other one so did you use the email address as part of the login so the username part ?

the same email yes but it doesn't let me login

yes but it still doesn't login, it says it's incorrect

You could try the forgotten password option but the issue you might have is you can't be sure what account password you are changing. The only other option would be to speak to Sky about this tomorrow, perhaps their ID team to see if they can help you to get access to it.

By calling them so under “Need more help” at the bottom of this page might be the number to use:

Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.
