Do you mean you made a manual payment and now you see a £50 credit on your account ?

No I was on call to one of skys customer team they charged me 81 pound this month and said 50 pound will be getting refunded as it wasn't my fault and nothings come of it! I need this sorting asap as 50 pound is a lot of money this time of year

What does your bill here show the £81 is for:

Does it show that a discount has ended so compare it to last months bill.
