Changing Physical Address

Hi everyone,

Irish customer here, currently in the struggle of changing my physical address so I can subscribe to a tv and broadband package, the only thing I am subscribed to at the moment is mobile. I have gone through the process of contacting sky through whats app and asking them to change my address and they confirm it has been changed on Friday the 14th of November. However today I logged in and tried to order the tv and broadband package and my delivery address is still my old one !

It is a pain trying to contact them during the week as their helplines are never open when I finish work, is there any other way I can contact them to change my address ?

Does Sky Ireland have a presence on any of the social media sites that you can use to contact them on ?
