Sky do not use PayPal as a payment method.

So I suspect it's not Sky.

@Sherry25 Which coutry are you located in?

As advised by @PandJ2020 Sky UK which provides TV, Broadband & Mobile services to customers in the UK & ROI don't use Paypal as a payment option.

Just had a thought - is this NowTV? (They might take PayPal but you would need to contact them directly as they are not Sky as such)
