Receiving credit back from Sky after leaving

Hi,

I left Sky completely at the beginning of September 2025 but as yet haven't received the outstanding credit back from Sky.

Does anyone know how long it takes and if there is a special process I have to follow?

My account still has my payment details on it so there shouldn't be any reason not to receive the refund as far as I can see. and it has now been over 2 months since I left.

It can take months to be automatically refunded to you so you are best of calling Sky to get this back to you.

We could usually help you via here by escalating your post to Sky about this but this is not available at present so you will have to contact them yourself so under “Need more help” at the bottom of this page if it is available should be the number to use:

Hi,

Thanks for getting to me. 'not on social media and when I click on the help it just takes me to something called a virtual assistant that doens't answer any of my questions correctly. I assume this is some kind of computer that doesn't understand.

Is there any way I can contact them differently?
