&lt;P&gt;If you have cancelled anything then the equipment does have to be returned so this link will help you to do this:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have seen on my bill that I am getting charged for some equipment, says I have past the date I was not aware of any equipment need to be sent back ,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please can someone advise me to how I resolve this issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
