&lt;P&gt;Sky Broadband installation is separate to Stream pucks (which have no installer support)&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you added the Whole Home subscription supplement to your Sky Stream order then you'd also need to order a second puck: this isn't automatic.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
