&lt;P&gt;How long ago was it you placed this order because if the order is still active all you should need to do is to sign the credit agreement. If it has been a while then you will have to call Sky to ask them about the refund as this should be automatically refunded to you with 2-3 weeks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
