    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have an email address for Sky Returns &lt;U&gt;which is monitored&lt;/U&gt;?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We had Sky basic service for a week, but not suitable.&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately we returned the Stream Puck, without waiting for the official packaging from Sky .&amp;nbsp; Used Royal Mail, and we have a receipt and a QR code.&amp;nbsp; But Puck has not arrived, and Sky are hassling me.&amp;nbsp; I replies#d to their email, explaining all this and attaching documentation.&amp;nbsp; But the address which generates their emails is not monitored.&amp;nbsp; I can't find an appropriate email on their website. via their virtual assistant, nor by phone (they don't seem to accept calls!)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone supply a phone number to talk to a person; or a Returns email address which is monitored?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jim J.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I've moved your post as it's not a Sky Q issue. Sky don't use email for general communications.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You need to contact Sky by calling in, using Sky Assistant or via social media to try to get this sorted out which should be straightforward if you have the proof of posting.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
