&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;raise a cheque and post it to you or&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;reinstate your previous payment method and refund you within 3-5 WORKING days&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received one of the emails advising i have an outstanding credit on my account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called the automated number around 6 weeks ago but nothing has arrived and i think this may be due to the account in question being at a previous address.&amp;nbsp; However, I cant see any way to speak to someone to arrange this being sent to my current address as i havent lived at the previous address for 2+ years&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
