Credit refund

I was speaking to someone from sky about getting the credit on my account they said it need to generate and that wasn't due to do that till 7/11/25 but how do I know if I'll be getting a refund as I had credit of nearly £43 just want to know when I'll be getting that back?

Do you mind us asking what the credit is for?

Have you check future bills to see if it's applied there?

I left sky broadband on 30th October so it's for that but I was speaking to someone from sky an they said after the 7th November they would apply for a refund but I don't know if they have or not

Too soon yet. Refunds should normally take about six weeks from the last day of connection but posts on here suggest it's taking a bit longer.

We used to escalate this to Sky on here via their Community Messaging Team but unfortunateky that process is currently unavallable and we don't know when it'll return.

If you don't want to wait you will need to contact Sky and speak to an agent by other means; either by calling, or initially through Sky Assistant or via social media, Providing your payment method is still active they should then be able to refund it in 3-5 WORKING days.
