      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I received an email to say I have a credit and to receive back to call the supplied number upon doing so it offers to send a cheque back to the address associated with the account but as no longer at that address what would be the next step can the refund be returned to the original account payments were made from?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;raise a cheque and post it to you or&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;reinstate your previous payment method and refund you within 3-5 WORKING days&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
