Sky refer a friend

Hi, I was referred to sky using the refer a friend link at the beginning of September and we both have still not received any confirmation of the reward or the reward itself

just wondered if there was a certain amount of time we have to wait or anything

It is usually 45 days after the service has been activated so there is an email address you can use to contact Sky about this that can be found under "Any Questions":
