Found that my broadband was costing me £43 a month when I thought it should have been £25 because I'm still in contact they said it would be £400 plus to come out of contact [removed] because I cannot afford that so I have to stay with them they have reduced the broadband to £38 but I'm now stuck for another 2 years

Not sure what you are asking but the price you pay in a contract isn't fixed but the discount should be.
