&lt;P&gt;If you are new to Sky then your first two bills might be higher as they usually cover a longer period than the usual 4 weeks so have you looked into this and also looked at what you are going to be charged on your future bills:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Set up new contract. Paackage with broadband, sky sports and cinima for £45.00. Now been charged £65. rang and manager has listened to phone call and agreed I was correct and sales man agreed £45 for whole package. Manage says cannot do it at this price and will be now £63 which his best offer with £100 good will gesture.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Where do we stand with this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
