&lt;P&gt;Have you made a manual payment and then Sky&amp;nbsp;have taken the payment as usual via whatever payment method you have setup on your account, if so when you see a credit on your account you will need to call Sky to ask them to refund it for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
