    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. Tried to complain about his so many times and just passed between departments and nobody seems to care or do anything about. Hours on the phone and now paying more than told as well even after been told time and time again it wouldn't be like this?? Any advice apart from leave sky. Cheers&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
