&lt;P&gt;If your previous TV or Broadband supplier charged you an early termination fee then Sky will credit your account up to £100 for the TV and the same for broadband so this explains what you need to do:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/switching-credit-offer" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/switching-credit-offer&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You must provide a copy of the bill from your previous supplier where you have been charged and a copy of a statement showing that you have paid it and send these to Sky via this email address switching credit @sky.uk (all one word without the gap)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
