Does anyone know anything about when sky will credit my account after me settling my final end of contract bill with my former internet provider please

If your previous TV or Broadband supplier charged you an early termination fee then Sky will credit your account up to £100 for the TV and the same for broadband so this explains what you need to do:

You must provide a copy of the bill from your previous supplier where you have been charged and a copy of a statement showing that you have paid it and send these to Sky via this email address switching credit @sky.uk (all one word without the gap)
