      <title>Failed DPD Delivery</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've requested a replacement Sky Q box, as the hard disk on mine is failing and needs to be reset / erased every few days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;DPD were supposed to be delivering today, but are reporing that the exchange could not be made as the return was not ready, and are returning the parcel to Sky. &amp;nbsp;The problem is, DPD never came to my house to attempt the delivery!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've spoken to DPD eventually, and they've insisted that their driver spoke to someone, but they can't provide a photo, and the details they've given (e.g. colour of the door) are completely wrong for my house. &amp;nbsp;Obviously checking the address on the parcel with the person who answered the door was too difficult for the DPD driver &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway, DPD are now insisting they can't try to re-deliver, and that I need to contact Sky. &amp;nbsp;Sky's AI help chat goes round in circles and can't help me. &amp;nbsp;How do I get my replacement box re-sent, and get Sky to put a rocket under DPD to do their job properly?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My house is not exactly difficult to find, it's on the road (no long drive or anything), clearly numbered.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You will need to get in touch with Sky so &amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;under “Need more help” at the bottom of this page might be the number to use:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid responses.&lt;/P&gt;
