Hello I don't know why it says I will owe 24 pound on the 5th November when my payment dates are 23rd every month this is how I wanted it and it needs to be that date

@Cory Bill is produced on x Date, and 8 day's later give or take the payment is then withdrawn by whatever method is setup.

My bill is produced around the 26th off the month, payment around the 5th depending on the banking day!

Hello i need it to stay at 23rd of every month. Not the 5th its suppsed ti be every 23rd only day i can pay

If you're a new customer you need to have paid two bills before you can change the date to one more convenient to you.

For Sky Q, Sky+ and Broadband/Talk the bills are generated 14 days prior to your payment date.

Mobile, Glass & Stream bills are generated 3 days prior to your payment date.
