The forum doesn’t allow the display of other numbers. Other official numbers to Sky from the UK are 03 numbers which are normally inclusive from non Sky phones.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone, I paid my bill early- which went into credit balance. My bill was due today and they are now trying to take the money out of my bank account when it's in credit balance. Even when I go to make a payment it says outstanding payment is £0.00. I also cannot contact sky for some reason. Just wondering if anyone knows if they will take the credit balance?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Paying your bill early can cause issues like this as there is no need to do this. The bill will still be taken from your account (it doesn't happens at weekends) possibly tomorrow. If you leave the credit in place it should be used to pay your next bill or&amp;nbsp;if you prefer you can call Sky tomorrow&amp;nbsp;to ask them to refund it to you which should take no more than 5 working days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
