    <description>&lt;P&gt;I received packaging for equipment that wasn't adequate for what I had so I have made numerous attempts to speak to an advisor and this was extremely challenging. I managed to speak to an advisor on Wednesday who advised me that the first packaging was only for broadband. I did t realise this. Yesterday I received other packaging for the rest of the equipment that has been used to return equipment. I have received an email this morning telling me I'm been charged for non return. Please can I be contacted regarding this as this is appalling! I have all equipment been returned to the post office today&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The way to get this resolved is to call Sky and to give them the tracking number from the receipt you were given when you sent this off.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Nobody can contact you via here as escalations are currently offline.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
