So around a year ago I referred 2 people and was sent the vouchers. My email account that was linked to sky became blocked due to "unusual activity". I tried all ways to get back into the account but unfortunately never could. I never used the vouchers and can now not get access to these.

I made a new email account and changed the email on the sky account to the new email so still the same account just a change of email but still cant access the vouchers. Any help will be appreciated

I emailed them a while ago and they tried to tell me they could not send them again for some unknown reason, but the accounts the same?
