<title>topic Sky VIP no longer accessible in Account &amp; Billing</title>
    <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Account-Billing/Sky-VIP-no-longer-accessible/m-p/5129615#M272583</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;I've been a Sky TV customer for 25+ years, with mobile and broadband services, but having been persuaded to switch to Stream following a house move, I can no longer access VIP even though several Sky operatives keep telling me they will arrange to be 'turned back on'. &amp;nbsp; Can someone explain what is happening here? &amp;nbsp;Have I become a second class customer? Is there a remedy?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
