I am wanting to view my final bill, but cannot log into my sky account, it just says account holder to see information...but I am the account holder

You'll have to call Sky - us other customers here cannot unlock your account or even access it.

Are you signed in with the correct Sky ID because that message suggests you are not signed in with your primary Sky ID as only this will allow you to view your bill.
