When I signed up for sky broadband online about five /six months ago I was promised a £50 gift voucher to use in multiple different stores… Nothing ever arrived. How do I go about getting this voucher?

Did you sign up via a comparison website or directly at Sky.com ?

In that case all you can do is to contact Sky by calling them about this so under “Need more help” at the bottom of this page might be the number to use:

Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.

Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid responses.
