      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for making it impossible to cancel a free subscription that your engineer gave us when we upgraded our Wi-Fi. How the hell do you cancel sky cinema online or on the TV? Option? Your account? it was a nice gesture, but now we are being charged after trying to cancel it. we have been with you for one over 10 years and have all our phones with you as well, but still feel the need to rake a few extra quid out of us. thanks very much for this.
