      <title>Six weeks to get my bill correct !</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I re-contracted on 22 September, my bill was going down to £85 from £92.. I was told it would take a day or two to show on my account. However it was reduced to £87 &amp;amp; despite 4/5 phone calls, webchats etc, it has been promised to be resolved every time. On 13 October I was given a complaint ref &amp;amp; told it would be resolved by the 25th &amp;amp; told that I would also be given compensation. Guess what it is now the 28th &amp;amp; nothing has happened, so I made another phone call giving the ref number &amp;amp; got a vague answer telling me that she has sent it to a supervisor &amp;amp; that she will text me tomorrow. I am not holding my breath ! What more can I do to get this sorted !&lt;/P&gt;</description>
