I've had an unfortunate experience with two agents trying to renew both tv and broadband which resulted in me placing cancellation for one or possibly both contract.

The first call started well but seemed to be more focused on the fact I was been offered double broadband speed with inflated price and didn't answer my question which I ended the call. But the second call was offering me the same deal as the first agent sixty pounds more which was even more confusing, all I wanted to do was renew a contract which turned into a stressful and confusing experience which then resulted in me having to cancel my contract.
