Hi I made a pre payment on my phone bill this evening. I normally have a direct debit but wanted to pay it early. I do not want more money to come out early hours this morning when I have paid already

Why would you pay it early? There is no need and it won't stop the automated payment.

Once it's all cleared you'll have to contact Sky to ask for a refund - this takes 3-5 working days.

Hi @Ellie174 Was it more than 14 days early? If not it will definitely be paid again. The advise is to never make an unnecessary manual payment.

@Ellie174 If you wanted to prevent payment being taken tomorrow then the early payment had to be showing on your sky account last Monday to be absolutely certain of no payment being taken
