      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi refund is from a cancelled broadband out of contract sold house which is unoccupied no transfer of service needed yes its a credit on my account thanks for your help Paul&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Makes you wonder why they wont let people like you escolate things they just want to keep our money as long as possible!
