&lt;P&gt;For Sky Q, Sky+ and Broadband/Talk the bills are generated 14 days prior to your payment date, Mobile, Glass &amp;amp; Stream bills are generated 3 days prior to your payment date ~ therefore usually whilst you were still a customer. Any overpayment should be reimbursed to you after about 6 weeks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;To speed up the refund if you contact Sky they should be able to refund you the credit that is showing on your account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
