The Last advisor agreed over phone an mistake had been made and said a Credit would be made to account. The line (Sky's end) got cut off before the end of the conversation. However within a few minutes I had recieved a text from SKY stating that an `Credit Form had been raised' and would be in touch (this was 10 days ago and all I have received since is text messages about returned equipment that has been returned!!) . My worry is that obviously my expected bill is still showing as over £450.00 (with Sky TV also included).&nbsp; This will make me overdrawn within my Bill payment account so would obviously like this Credit form rushed through if possible.
