I set up a new account yesterday lady said emails would come through with a new account number they haven't how long will the emails take?

What services have you ordered from Sky, so TV, Broadband etc ?

Have you looked in your bin/trash/junk/spam folders for any emails from Sky ?

They set new account but transferred diamond membership from my old account she said I'd receive emails with new account numbers but I've had nothing

checked all of my email areas nothing

To find out what your account number is you will need to call them again as they should be able to answer this quite easily I would have thought. If you do not want to call then you could use one of the social media links at the bottom of this page.
