Sky Q Bills

Hi i ordered new sky Q account yesterday being installed Sunday November 9th. I was quoted £27.50 for sky signature £19 sky sports and £8 cinema. Received email about hour later saying sky signature will be £35.50? Do I need to phone sky to explain this after its been installed or will the bill be £27.50 as i was quoted by the agent on the phone thanks. And was i given a good or poor deal on the package?

If you’re a new customer your first couple of bills are usually higher, basically due to the dates they cover (more than the usual number of days). In effect you’ll be charged from the date of the activation up until the end of that billed month, and for the next month in advance. Check your future bills to see if they reflect the amount you were expecting. Also see these links

Thanks but wondering why he said signature be £27.50 for 24 months but the email says £35.50 a month?

Signature is the base TV pack - you need this for movies/sports. It retails as £40.50.

However, it's often discounted thus the £35.50 figure but it appears they've have not applied the full discount to £27.50.

You'll need to contact Sky directly to fix this. If it was a voice call then they can check the recording if necessary.
