Website & app keeps crashing

Hi, I'm having problems trying to access my account on both the vip app & online. Seems to load up initially but once I try to access my account it freezes and won't load.

turned phone off and on and other websites and apps work just fine. Maybe weather related due to the incoming storm Benjamin or has there been a recent outage?

I believe there might have been some issues earlier today with parts of the Sky website but they have been long since fixed so have you tried the app and website on both mobile data and on a wifi connection ?

Hi, yes I've tried both but to no avail.

I've just looked again and all I get now is Sky are experiencing technical difficulties and to try again later.
