    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried setting up a direct debit for the last 3 months for my broadband and every month I get told to re-set up a DD. I have multiple direct debits from this bank account and Sky is not setting up. I am now being charged for missed payment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot get through to a human at all and the bots are not helping!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
