Bill Payment not on Bill

Hey,

I made a manual payment to my TV streaming bill, and it is not showing after a few days. The money has left my bank, and has been received to Sky.
I manually paid my WiFi bill a few minutes after the tv bill, and that one shows up.

Does this mean that the payment hasn't been received for my TV streaming bill?

Sometimes my pay date changes so I just do manual payments to make sure my bills are paid.

...but that's the problem. Sky expect a regular automatic collection and making manual payments outside of this may not prevent the automatic collection.
