I've been asked to return some equipment and I have no idea what to return and need to speak to someone, can't find a number anywhere and the AI thing won't tell me?

What have you cancelled ? (Presumably Sky broadband).

That doesn't help-I still have sky tv and a broadband contract so I'm not sure what need to go back. I've read that.

I just updated my contract, got rid of HD and multi room. I got sent two wires with no instructions and a cardboard envelope to return something but no idea what?
I have an old multi room box that I've never used-I might send that back and hope for the best!

Hi @Jo352 If you cancelled Multiscreen, then they will want the loaned Mini boxes back.

Multiroom is a term used for additional Sky+ boxes, but they don't need to be returned to Sky as you own them.

Multiscreen is a Sky Q term so if you've cancelled Multiscreen then any Sky Q mini boxes you have will have to be returned.

I've kept broadband so I will send the multi screen/room box back, I've no idea what the two wires are for that they sent? Do you know what the customer support number is please?

The current methods for contacting Sky are below and depending on your reason for making contact some methods will be more appropriate than others……

🟩 📞 Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or a Sky Talk landline. The forum doesn’t allow the display of other numbers. Other official numbers to Sky from the UK are 03 numbers which are normally inclusive from non Sky phones.

All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

🟩 Sky Assistant 💬 should also be available via

Thanks, sent it today, hopefully that's it-although I still don't know what the two wires are for!! It's all working though.
