      <title>Failed House Move</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am awaiting an exchange date to move house from England to Wales.&amp;nbsp; I was not informed that Sky would post any equipment to me.&amp;nbsp; They pressed me into providing a set up date, so I gave them the hoped exchange date.&amp;nbsp; When I knew this was not going to happen, I changed the installation date, eventually cancelling it, as my exchange is taking forever.&amp;nbsp; Even though I moved the date, then cancelled, Sky changed my address on their system and posted the equipment to the house I'm purchasing.&amp;nbsp; This house is vacant, so I've no idea where the parcel was delivered to.&amp;nbsp; Sky are pressing for return or will charge me.&amp;nbsp; How can I return something that was not posted to my address and which I don't have.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They didn't, I've been unable to get in touch with them.&amp;nbsp; Their automated 'live' chat just goes round in circles and whenever I try to ring, again, I just get automated responses and referred to the website.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
