How do I complain about a call I've just made? The person I spoke to was so rude and not helpful at all.

None of the options we are given are for sending a complaint about the way are spoken to, I have never been made to feel so small before, I am a 78yr old lady who is technologicaly challenged. the lady that spoke to me through the online chat (Debbie) was both rude and condesending, I may struggle with technology but i am far from stupid!!!! I ended up finding a number and speaking to someone who was lovely and sorted out my problem and talked me through the process of fixing it but I am still quite upset about the way I was origianly spoken to 😞

I'm a little wary of doing that as apparantly I clicked the wrong option last time which resulted in myself being being treated like an idiot, as i said previously none of the options in complaint type cover it, but thanks anyway 🙂
