I received an email from yourselves saying that this would be charged on 26th October after our current contract runs out, this is 6 days early. Please can you look into this for me and refund as we do not want to pay the increase you are imposing.&nbsp;</P><P>Also last month you over charged us. it was supposd to be £65 not £72. Please can you explain why this is and refund us immediatly. there was no notification of this ncrease either.&nbsp;</P><P>I ahve been with you for years and the service is just getting more and more expensive and is not sustainable for us to stay with you.
