    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky won't respond to you on here. Sky also won't honour any 'agreed' compensation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm still waiting for Sky to sort out my Whole Home account issue, and honour their agreed monthly 'deal' price at contract renewal - 10 days and counting now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On that note, could any "Super Users" advise whether you get a 30 day cooling off period at contract renewal? (Not new customer signups)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
