      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was sent a letter about a credit I was owed in July. I phoned the number but it was an automated message about sending a cheque, I clicked to say I wanted one, but it did. It let me change the address. Just said thank you and hung up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i now live else where to when I had the service, which I cancelled a year ago&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you've moved address since cancelling you'll need to call Sky. They can either:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;raise a cheque and post it to you at your new address or&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;reinstate your previous payment method and refund you within 3-5 WORKING days&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
