      <title>Password Change Request - Not Requested</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received an email this morning (16th October 2025) with a code to allow me to change my sky password.&amp;nbsp; I did not request changing my Sky password.&amp;nbsp; Sky in the email say if not requeted contact us and there is a link but its impossible to find a way to report this.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I has exactly the same today ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-18th Oct -&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 e-malls sending me a code to change my password.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I used the link on that e-mail and only got a virtual assistant option that has no clue what to do&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It might be worth setting up 2 step authentication&amp;nbsp;on your account so that a code is send to your mobile when you want to access your account online. If you go ahead and do this then make sure you keep a safe note of the recovery code as you will need to use this should you need to turn this off to update your mobile number etc.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
